Room 9’s Trip to the Stardome
On Thursday, the 9th of May, Room 9 went to visit the Stardome in Greenlane to learn about traveling in outer space. The classes that participated were Rooms 5, 8 and 9. All the classes went by bus.
When we got there we went inside the Observatory room. First we watched a movie about an ant family trying to relax on another planet. They checked every planet and the planet they picked last was the planet Earth.
After the Observatory room we went around and looked at cool space things. Then we went inside the space room and the Educator talked to us about the Earth, the Sun and the Moon.
After that we got into the bus and came back to school.
